When I started my journey as a new scrum master many years ago, I soon realized I needed more than the book knowledge I received at many Scrum and Agile training. The organizations I worked with faced multiple challenges and I didn't have the tool kit to help them truly become Agile. Many of the Agile Training I attended painted a perfect world for scrum masters to operate in and this world was far from reality and quite the opposite for many organizations. I learned over time that being good(which is what I learned at those training) wasn't enough to be successful in this role. I had to be exceptionally great with a diverse skill set and tool kit if I wanted to truly help my teams and organizations.
I went on a self-discovery journey to truly become great and make a great impact at the organizations I worked for.
I helped many teams which range from scrum teams to leadership teams achieve their product vision and helped build many amazing Agile teams in multiple industries
Having worked in multiple industries ranging from Consulting, Education, Transportation, Automobile, Food and Beverage, and Pharmaceutical just to name a few, I have gained not just knowledge but deep experience in what makes a team and organization truly agile and how the scrum master plays a huge part.
My goal with this coaching course is to empower you with the information and tool kit you need to transform the organizations you work for.

This program is NOT a Scrum Training, This is an experiential learning coaching program that provides you with a success roadmap on how to make your teams great.
It seeks to help a trained Scrum master make more meaning and put to practice all of the Agile frameworks, tools and processes they will need to excel in their scrum master role. This program has been created with the assumption that the students understand basic agile terms and terminologies. If no basic Agile training has been received, it is highly recommended you receive formal training to help aid your understanding of this coaching program
